- Wrightsville Cabin: Outdoor Fire Pit: Hammock by the creek: Long Level Marina — Near Long Level and the Susquehanna River; suited to visitors who want a cabin-style stay.
- B.F. Hiestand House Bed & Breakfast — 722 E. Market Street, Marietta. Historic Victorian B&B across the river in Lancaster County.
- Ascot House Bed and Breakfast — 219 W. Market Street, Marietta. Historic inn with six guest rooms/suites and breakfast.
- Comfort Inn Lancaster County — Columbia. This is one of the closest conventional chain-hotel choices; Choice Hotels currently lists it about 4.5 miles from Wrightsville, with free breakfast and Wi-Fi.
